Bite Back NW is student led campaign to raise money for children in Africa suffering from malaria. It is our goal is to raise 30 thousand dollars for these children. Every 30 seconds a child in Africa dies of malaria, but they don’t have too. You and I can help to ease their pain. For instants, take mosquito nets, they are one of the things we are raising money for. Mosquito nets cost about 10 dollars each and cut down the chances of getting malaria by 90%. I can spend that much buying two lattes at Starbucks.
I know life is crazy but if you feel that God is asking you to become involved there are thousands of ways to become involved!
I know how crazy life can be, but your fundraiser could be as simple as a latte fast. You ask every one in your church to give up their regular lattes for a week so that the money that would have been spend on lattes will be spent on saving children.
